Gaming.RP

Gaming.RP is formed (in AY2003) by a group of enthusiastic gamers as well as a bunch of friends who are willing to help out one another and was officially setup, with corporate values and objectives. Events organized by other groups are only considered CCA’s Activities. Henceforth, the level of professionalism/focus/expectation/pressure can be very different (those who have been involved experienced it).

Students takes the full initiative to plan, design & organize a Wireless LAN game competition & exhibition (in RP) that focus on the past, current and future of games and how it has combined art, technology and science, and created a new field of study, education & career.
With the recent growth of members over the years, Gaming.RP has successfully organised multiple events relating to local and national events, as well as a global tournament qualifiers recently. It has expanded to a full roster of 100 over members which has dedicated their time and commitment to the events that Gaming.RP has participated and support in.

Gaming.RP will be expanding into fields of games creation and modifications as of 2008, a new milestone in which the club dedicate its member’s efforts in the promotion of games development. It will also support web development as of the undertaking of Forum.RP, as well as web designing through the efforts of participation from the involvement of STA.
